3. Send the Item Back: Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Use the provided label to send the item back to us.

4. Refund or Store Credit: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, based on your preference.

Please note that the grace period of 15 days starts from the day your order is delivered.
